We are looking for a passionate Attendance and Welfare Officer to join our school-based support staff at King's Academy Binfield and King's Academy Oakwood.
The Student and Welfare Officer will be responsible for monitoring and improving student attendance in the primary phase, as well as supporting the overall well-being of students. This role involves tracking attendance records, following up on absences, and working closely with students, parents, and school staff to address any attendance-related issues. Alongside this, as a qualified first aider, the post holder will be required to deal with students, staff and visitors who have had accidents in the school or become unwell, and liaise with other medical agencies to assist in this.
