    The Pastoral Support Assistant will work in either KS3 or KS4 and will assist the Year Progress Leads in maintaining an academic and pastoral overview of students throughout these phases.  They will assist the Year Progress Leads in ensuring that all students maximise their progress and attainment by supporting them to remove any barriers to learning.
